MinehutReviews of minehut.com

It literally deleted my server that had hundreds of hours of work on it. For no reason. And it has backups but it isn't automatic like it says. You have manually make them all.

I had a server with my friends, it was on the free plan and it was about as good as you can expect a free plan to be. The server didn't start at one point so I contacted customer support, and they were understanding and friendly and someone managed to get it to work, but it completely deleted all the server data and none of the customer suppport people could fix it. If you make a minehut server you HAVE to make sure you make manual backups constantly or you lose hundreds of hours of work like my friends and I did

Very quick response, with easy to follow steps. Their solution was very effective for recovering a server world

I received quick and good help to solve my issue!

Here, I’ll write another one. I provided screenshots, I provided proof of him doing it, I got him arrested. Imagine not taking action on something that’s illegal. I sent screenshots of him hacking into a minehut fourms account with their username and him bragging about it in discord in his griefing group.

They helped me and the issue was resolved. I got clear instructions and they tried everything to make it work. Very good support.

Support team was very helpful even when in turned out in the end that the issue was me doing a typo. :)

My problem was solved almost immediately. Support was super nice and responded quickly.
