Sayra De Nova was exemplary during my initial intake process, and navigated me through it with a perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. Sayra made me feel heard and reassured, which is a rarity when it comes to seeking out these kinds of resources.

I started out applying for disability myself with no help. Things were going ok but moving really slow. After several months and my clam still showed “in review “ I decided to go with a lawyer to represent me. Left a few messages with different groups and o return calls. Started searching again and came across Mindset, gave them a call! They answered and explained what they do to help. I hired them and less than 2 weeks I received a packet and a phone call from disability assigning me a representative. Mindset took over and everything kept rolling now I'm approved for disibilty. Didn't take long at all!
