I am just amazed at how quickly the team at Mindset contacted me and was immediately ready to help me. Bria was absolutely excellent and professional in assisting me with my application. She was very patient and explained everything plainly and concisely. She walked me through the intake process with ease and it was very pleasant, actually. She is very knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions with ease. I am so blessed to have met Bria and I am looking forward to working with her, my case manager and the rest of the Mindset team.

Mary was understanding and very thoughtful and thorough! I came away with the feeling that I might have FINALLY been not only listened to abut also heard! I have applied several times for SSDI and actually have faith that this time might get the attention I have deserved all along!

Mindset is great, there application process was easy and stress free. The Caseworker was awesome, she was very responsive, helpful and courteous. The Mindset website portal was easy to use and was a convenient way to send all my medical information. Thank you Mindset for your services.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Dwayne. He made this experience pleasant and easy. I talked he listened. After he talked me through the process. Thank you for taking our case. We didn’t know what else to do . But thanks to mindset we will be getting things back on track.

Paige Richards is my caseworker and if for whatever reason they take her off my case I'm going to go find her and bring her right back! She is so on point with everything and any information that she gives me. She literally makes you feel like you can call her at any time of the night or day for evening, like she's the go-to person. Knowing you have to file for disability is not something that I take lightly, but I have yet to feel any of the stress of filing for disability because she does it all for you. She is very easy to talk to and she always and I mean always gets back to you and always confirms any conversation that you had. And she has amazing patience, I know I am one of the Annoying ones that has non-stop questions but I have yet to even hear a shift in her tone. She would probably be a billionaire if she could sell her patience.

I recently spoke to Chelsea and she was super kind and made the intake process very quick and easy! Everyone I've spoken to has been very nice and professional and I appreciate it very much!

Great job on acquiring my information.
