Today, I had my first scheduled assessment call with Jennifer Rodriguez. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, and I would say I am incredibly grateful for this call. Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING. She truly took the time to listen to me, hear me, took great notes, and gave me peace of mind regarding my case. She was so sweet, kind, and very understanding—exceptional customer service! I can see why mindset has such great reviews because these people really, truly care, and it shows. You can tell when someone loves what they do and is passionate about their job because it reflects in their performance. I honestly feel happy I was referred to mindset, and I feel confident moving forward with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a representative to assist with their claim. ❤️❤️

Really understanding

I can't say thank you to mindset.care enough for the help I received in getting approved for my disability benefits. They took care of everything for me I'm still in shock at how easy the process was from start to finish. I was approved on my first try in under a year! Even the people at the social security office praised them for how on top of things they were. I would choose them over a brick and mortar disability attorney anyday. They are really doing a great service for people who really need them. Keep the good work mindset!
