So far our experience with MindSet has been a huge relief. A pleasant and patient representative took care of us over the phone. The process was quick and easy using text and email to send paperwork. I appreciate any help at this point. There are absolutely no practicing attorneys in this area, so Mary at MindSet was a breath of fresh air.

i spoke to Mary one of the Mindset representatives and she was the best! she patiently explained everything , very understanding , she was super kind, and clearly make sure my mom understood everything. She professionally walked us through the process and instructed us what to do. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
