Lisa with Mindset and her coworkers stuck by my side through the very frustrating, confusing process that goes on with these systems and processes. My advice is don’t give up and you get mindset to help you too, sometimes there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Mindset is legit, professional, and they are respectful and courteous. Called and spoke with Jennifer who did the intake for my grand daughters case. Not only was she kind, caring and compassionate she was very knowledgeable and was very detailed in her questions and gathering of all information needed. I appreciate her asking it an easy process.

Jerilyn has been very helpful with any and all questions I have had so far on this journey. She has been very attentive and these are traits that are not seen much anymore. I certainly appreciate her time and looking forward to working with her in the future.
