Mindset (Kelli Wilbourn) to be exact was the case manager throughout my whole process. She never let me down, she would always respond within reasonabke time (even if it's I'll back with you) she never let me down. I stayed in the loop when it came to Kelli. Definitely a hard worker.. if anyone needs help and wants a great case manager, ask for Kelli Wilbourn.

The representative that helped me my initial intake and my ssdi application was extremely kind, caring, and helpful. She made the process of applying much easier than I anticipated and addressed /alleviated my concerns. Very professional and courteous, went a little further after finishing the application to give me some additional resources.
