Desiree was so kind and wonderful. She accommodated me when I was having issues speaking and was very patient. She made the process so much more doable.

Intake was quick, clear, and smooth. This is not my first Disability rodeo, and I needed advice before refilling. The intake operator took my information and communicated with their legal team right away. They had an answer to my question within minutes. The quick and easy communication makes me feel confident in their abilities. They also asked how best to contact me, providing different options, and gave me different options to communicate with them going forward. Good signs, green flags.
