Nice people and respectful too

U want to be clear that this is based on my initial interview with the company. This was my first live interaction. I initially reached out because I lack the follow through and the SSDI as well as our federal funded anything for people is governed, is 100% unfair in how it runs with the main goal is to source out costing millions more of our tax dollars that are cut anyway leaving massive amounts of the population without help. personal opinion. The intake interviewer offered a very relaxing and affirming environment over the phone normally I prefer everything in writing because I just don't trust the government or it's agencies to be open at all. I had little left with the application and we finished everything up with an approval for me to receive help obtaining SSDI. What I found comforting was resources for continued help since I have been without for 10 months now. For me that was comforting because I have been denied so many times from the exact places that are there to help places I have paid into. So far so good. I am very appreciative for the experience today

Mindset has been so nice. It’s taken me 3 years trying to be on disability and with the hearing I just had a week ago being with mindset I got approved. And I didn’t have to pay one of their lawyers unless I was approved. They are all so nice and making sure I’m being helped.

I had a very nice call and experience while doing my intake. I got Charlene as my intake specialist and she was very clear and kind, and also incredibly patient. The process was easy and went by pretty quickly. I'm really grateful.

They have such a great support system set up I personally love how patient the workers are and is such a great help I pray this company rise to the top and stay to help other people out there
