This is a scam. They take 25% of your back pay when you could just apply yourself or find another lawyer or case worker to help for much less

I wasn't even aware that I was being represented by these people I never got one phone call letter text message smoke signal, no communication whatsoever. I lost my case with them "representing" me and appealed on my own. The first time I got a text from them was them congratulating me on getting ssd

I had a horrible time with Mindset. I escalated my case to Megan who was extremely incompetent. She couldn’t even formulate a sentence to explain why my disability benefits were being denied. She’s rude and a mean person.

I'm currently with them as much as I wish I wasn't. I have stage 4 breast cancer that has spread and I qualify for compassionate allowance through social security. I personally have taken my paperwork to the ssa local office because I cannot get anyone to return my calls. In the mean time my insurance went up and cannot afford to continue my chemotherapy.

So now my son has to withdraw and start all over. These companies take advantage of those who are not mentally able to know what they are doing. Not a good company. They will give you the run around. Be careful.

Terrible company!!!!!! I did my paperwork w Melissa and now my case is slowed down because they didn't get the paperwork in time I have been dealing w all these ppl and they don't fix anything at all Emily only cares Abt her reviews on here they want there 5 stars without doing 5 star or even 2 star work. They also made up a person named Craig Dickson and idk who that is but he's supposed to kw all Abt my condition!
