My customer service representative, Ms Bria Rivera, was amazing!! She not only covered all the bases of what was needed for the attorneys but she was empathetic respectful and all around great to talk to! It's not easy all the time telling your deep dark parts of your life to people but she made it very easy and was so understanding I didn't feel judged at all! She deserves a raise promotion something because she is a ASSET to your company!

I've been struggling to get my SSI back when I turned 18 it was taken away even though my disability is permanent.
