Lexi was very professional and courteous during the initial process. She answered each of my questions and provided me with information I needed.

First of all I was merely having a simple conversation with a stranger, and somewhere along the conversation the topic came up about social security, and I stated that I was having a few problems trying to accomplish getting the help that I needed to obtain SSI and he mentioned Mindset, so I gave them a call,and surprisenlly, my entire experience was so respectful as well as professional, especially one mindset representative in particular her name is Ms Jerilyn, I'll just say this her professionalism is MOST definitely note worthy, because throughout this entire process she demonstrated a great deal of empathy towards my situation and too obtain the assistance that I was seeking from Social Security , as I move forward with the rest of my life, I would highly recommend to anyone whom may have a situation similar to mine too give the Company Mindset a call God Bless Mindset Mr C. So I've been needing to continue on my disability case for a while now and just being overwhelmed with everything and having the anxiety of life in general and trying to not be defeated by it is hard enough but literally am so relieved and excited because Bria Rivera called me today and literally in like a total of an hour I would say has helped me complete my application! She was so helpful and pleasant to talk to she really made it so easy for me and am very thankful for her help!!
