My attorney was amazing. Truly couldn’t ask for better representation. He knew exactly what we needed to prepare me for the hearing. What meant the most to me was, I wasn’t just another client. He spent so much time just listening on what I’ve been going through. After the hearing he was great and continues to still be there to help with questions. - I would recommend him to anyone going through this.

I have to say, this review is about our experience thus far, and in no way represents the total start to end satisfaction. That being said, I normally avoid 1 and 5 star reviews, but as of right now they deserve to be marked as Exemplary in their service. Josh was the first point of contact we had. He was professional and patient with us. He took the time to listen and sympathize with us while still moving the process forward. He then tried transferring is to a representative, after being on hold for 10 minutes, Josh was nice enough to pick the line back up and offer us a callback. Very satisfied with Josh's performance. We received the callback from Josh, who connected us to Bria. Bria was another great example of how a phone based representative should be. Professional but personable, She took the time to ensure our files were complete, gave us helpful advice, was able to field the questions we had, and didn't rush us off the phone, despite that I tend to talk more than necessary. Overall, THIS is what phone based representatives should aspire to be like.
