Always willing to answer questions. Gives information in the form that you can understand. Friendly and willing to help you. Polite and curious through text, phone calls, and emails. I would recommend for navigating your account needs with Mindset.

She made me feel more comfortable with the situation, when SSA and DHR treated me horribly wrong and she made me feel like I'm going to be okay. She did great 👍

Dewayne was very thorough in walking us through my son’s case. He showed empathy every step of the way. I would highly recommend going through Mindset with help in social security needs.

I spoke with Ms. Bria Rivera. Initially I started my paperwork online but quickly got discouraged and my anxiety made me come to a quick stopping point. Soon after, I received a helpful call, kicking my butt back into gear and in no time, I felt reassured and back on track. After all was said, explained, signed and done, I felt pleased with my experience speaking with Ms. Bria. Thank you.
