Maybe if you've got the money and want to drink the Kool-Aid
I went on two calls to get set up for the program. The rep made me super uncomfortable, like she wanted me to tell her more about my trauma when I wasn't ready, or I was supposed to be more in awe of the program or give them more praise. Once she finally told me it was $3000 for the baseline level (after continually saying she thought I needed more support despite the fact we had spent only 20 or so minutes chatting and I kept saying no) I told her I needed to think about it. She kept pushing me. I told her my family has a lot of medical bills. She went on to imply that I would never get better unless I enrolled in this course. It was so predatory and she clearly would not listen to me so I just hung up. I would never want to work on my mental health with someone who treats people like that, and clearly for-profit! There are much more affordable programs that know how to care for people!

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with our sales rep. Please know that we’ve taken your feedback very seriously. This kind of behavior does not align with our company values or the way we believe people should be treated. Because of this, we’ve made the decision to let her go from the team. Pushing someone to buy in this way, implying it’s the only option, and not listening to your needs is completely unacceptable. We also want to sincerely apologize that you weren’t informed of our less expensive options and available payment plans — those should have absolutely been shared with you. We care deeply about every person we come into contact with, so it truly hurts our hearts to know this was your experience. While we know it can’t undo what happened, we’d love to offer you our Nervous System Regulation Toolkit for free as an apology. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] to redeem it. Again, we’re incredibly sorry and grateful that you took the time to share this with us so we can have the opportunity to make this right.
