Morgan and her Mindpsyguidence team are doing an amazing job of making an array of tools and understandings feel integrated, also making them accessible in an applicable way. The tools that she has gathered and the approach that she has created are all brought together well and thoughtfully designed. I have come away with a lot of valuable tools to use in my own personal journey and to apply as a practitioner and coach with clients.

Going to start off by saying how knowledgeable and supportive each of the coaches are within this program. I had 1:1 calls with Gretchen “Grae” and Eliah, group calls with one of them or Morgan. The amount of diverse knowledge and experiences between the 3 of them is superb. They each had their own way of being curious and brought a unique perspective as I navigated my growth. The program itself is supportive in ways that allow the participants to make it their own. Had room to be flexible and support me on my journey in ways that weren’t excessive or forced. Didn’t feel pressure to finish the entire curriculum and didn’t need to with where I was at. Each stage of lessons built upon the previous weeks while still staying focused on core principles. What I learned within Seven Centers ultimately let me to have more flexibility and flow within my routines. I began wanting a rigid structure and I learned quickly that rigid just led to more resistance and pressure. The coaches each helped me in developing clarity around which center may need attention. Provided so many tools on how to address. What feelings and behaviors may be tied to one or many centers and what they might be communicating. Learning this along with quantum energy and somatic experiencing led to some major aha moments for me. Overall the program is on its way to bringing so much more understanding to spiritual/energetic biology which is crucial to understanding one’s needs. At first I had hesitations and I’m really glad I didn’t let doubt lead me astray. In honesty the program is not perfect, and not much in life really is from a set or narrow perspective. What sets this program apart is the coaches, community, and the foundations for making those initial shifts towards better being. The knowledge between them like I mentioned before really allows for collaboration and unbiased support. I was never let down in responses and they were all so open to my perspective and I’m sure we all learned so much from each other. The structure of the program gives the experiencer room to make it their own and use it as a foundation for getting a clear direction in addressing true needs of the mind, body, and spirit. WOWZA! Is all I can say. I came across Morgan / Mindpsyguidance via Instagram. I reached out and started chatting. It was not long until we had a a very lovely and understanding phone call. I felt comfortable and at ease immediately. I then signed up for a program. It was beyond amazing, I LOVED our on line video sessions. Morgan was very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole time. She's very intelligent and east to get along with , we clicked right away. She gave me gentle pushes to get through things that have been a block for years. She checked in and encouraged me often. I loved my time here, and It's been very valuable to me to take what I've learned and use it in the real word. 10/10 experience and so so grateful

Within just my first five days of routine nervous system regulation, I could feel every muscle in my body lengthening and aching. I had finally given my body permission to rest for the first time in living memory (29 years old at time of writing). My racing thoughts (past rumination, future worries) also ceased, and I felt no compulsion to be on my phone. Morgan’s curriculum along with the support of her whole team WORKS, and is designed to benefit YOU. The program offers a foundational template of nervous system regulation designed to work for everyone, and then a deep dive into your own self-awareness to discover what works best for you and your unique circumstance. In my experience, Morgan, her team, and the online community offer gentle, compassionate support while also empowering one another with autonomy over their own overall well-being.

This program worked wonders and has helped me navigate my life in a more present and aware way. Morgan and her team were all very professional and helpful in introducing the material, answering any questions I had, and guiding me through the whole course. I am so glad I invested in myself by signing up for the Seven Centers Life School program. The entire experience was more than I could have imagined. I was equipped with a plethora of tools that can be used daily and/or in "emergency" situations. From a comprehensive curriculum (to which I have access forever), to the welcoming and accepting community they've created, to the one-on-one sessions that fine-tuned the program to my needs, I felt cared for, respected, and supported in my journey. Both Morgan and Grae (Gretchen) were intuitive listeners and gentle guides. I've picked up healthy habits to become more self-aware and to balance my nervous system that make a difference in my life every day.

The Seven Centers Life School program is thoughtful and easy to incorporate into your life. When you follow Morgan's methods, you can achieve results. The program is designed to build on Morgan's concepts, and the structured yet flexible approach allows you to work through the content without feeling overwhelmed. While the work is not always easy, the routines allow you to see your progress and build habits that lead to breakthroughs, rather than just sliding back into "stuck behaviors" that do not move you forward.
