I use these mindfulness exercises for my graduate social work students to help them get grounded for evening classes and to teach them a skill they can use with their future clients. I receive a great deal of positive feedback from the students for this opportunity.

My experience was meaningful to me, as I am a survivor of intimate partner abuse or psychological trauma and have chosen a career working with individuals suffering from addictions. This has not only assisted me in healing, but what I am learning can be passed forward to help someone else.

I thoroughly enjoy the emails and their content. There are always great activities suggested and free offerings that I always appreciate adding to my toolbox for future coaching sessions as well as for myself. I came for the meditations and have stayed for everything else that is offered. Thank you
