If you are like me and you are very skeptical about a silent retreat, (let alone an online one!), sign up with Piero and you won't regret it. This was my first retreat ever and I wasn't expecting much except to get this done for a future MSC teacher training. But in just short 5 days I gained so much clarity and inspiration on my journey to have a deeper, more wholesome understanding of mindfulness and strengthen my own practice. Piero was the best leader to create this meaningful learning space for us and I am very grateful for his knowledge, wisdom and compassion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole Mindful Leader team and Piero.

The course and instructor, Alisha, we’re incredible. I got so many gems from this training and feel that my own anxious tendencies are reduced. The focus on teaching mindfulness skills that we can take with us and do ourselves was invaluable.

The 8 week course was great and I think our instructor Piero is my biggest gain from this experience. He does not just teach mindfulness, he embodies it. He is calm, caring, compassionate and resourceful. He creates and holds a safe space for all the students as he playfully encourages everyone to join and share their thoughts and experiences. There was a warm sense of community and as a group we all wish to continue meditating together. Whether you are new to mindfulness or an advanced meditator there's enough knowledge and wisdom as long as you come with a beginners mind. Recommend to anyone who wants to get to know themselves better.

My experience with my teacher Piero and the students were amazing. Piero creates a very safe and sacred space for everyone. From start to finish it was a welcoming beautiful personal growth experience. I learned so much about mindfulness and myself. Piero made the entire experience enlightening, engaging, and also fun! I am so grateful I chose MBSR for my training. It is obvious that this is truly one of the best mindfulness programs for beginners and for long time meditators. I am so grateful for this experience.
