Always an issue with getting my medication filled just had to call my pharmacy for an emergency dose because I got no response seriously thinking of going somewhere else

My daughter has been a patient for over two years, she missed ONE appointment recently and was immediately charged a no show fee. It’s near impossible to get in touch with staffers and utterly beyond impossible to speak with a patients actual therapist outside of their 15 minutes when they are actually speaking with their doctor. It’s sloppy here. For medication management it’s fine but if you have needs outside the 15 minute monthly appointment it’s def not the place for you. God forbid there’s an emergency, my experience is it won’t be treated with any urgency. UPDATE:after finally getting in touch with someone, the no show fee was removed.

They completely wasted my time. I asked in the beginning of the session three times whether they could prescribe meds without a physical visit, and they said yes. After an hour of questions, they finally told me they needed me to go for an in-person visit. Obviously, I cannot have a mental health provider that lies to me.

I have been seeing Molly for about two years and I've not once had any problem with her..

trying to sue me over $75 from two years ago. the money i do not have. did not even give me the proper care i needed and then have the audacity to try to sue me over $75. you all say you care about mental health yet wants to add onto whatever problems i already have going on. f this company.

Do not recomend.I asked for a summary of history,needed for an accommodation for my job..since December 2025..they kept asking me to redo the HIPPA..3x.Then this month May 2026..they tell me to see the dr 3x..this is inhumane..money making company.I had a wonderful PA,but this just not right!@@

mindful care was appealing to me for easy access to a first appointment. other than that, they are horrific to deal with. appointments are regularly mis-billed leading to lengthy dealings with insurance and their billing department. provider turnover is incredibly high - i’ve been with them for approximately 4 years and have had at least 7 different providers. prescriptions are left without being called in to pharmacies. both their email and portal chats are rarely responded to, and when they are they seem to be third party services providing very simplistic answers. their phone number rarely works (today alone i’ve called 6 times, gotten connected twice, and one of those two was immediately hung up on), and is never answered on nights or weekends. their recommendation for after-hours needs is a trip to the emergency room. i’ve been out of two medications for 9 days as of today, which is incredibly dangerous. i would absolutely never recommend this place to friends or family.

I made an appointment and left work early to attend. Therapist never joined the zoom amd they canceled my appointment wothout telling me for no reason. I waited for 50 min for my therapist to join. Never joined. I called them and they said they would call me back. NEVER DID. I would be very careful using this service. They don't care if you need help. Incompetence at its best. I would have gotten more assistance at a dyslectic convention. Really, be warned.
