Severe Fraud Warning – Unfulfilled Hajj Package & Unpaid Refund ($12,998 Outstanding)
I am issuing a formal warning regarding Mina Travels, Al Madina Travels, and Salah Travel, which operate interchangeably as the same entity. In 2025, I paid $16,998 via bank transfer to Mina Travels for a Hajj package. The company failed to procure the promised visa. Following my request for a full refund, I experienced repeated delays and unfulfilled promises. When I reported the transaction to my financial institution, I was informed that the recipient bank account had been closed. In March 2026, the CEO of Mina Travel, Saad Ahmed, contacted me via WhatsApp and formally agreed to repay the remaining balance in two installments. While an initial payment of $4,000 was issued, the final remaining balance of $12,998—which was explicitly promised by the end of March 2026—remains unpaid. Subsequent attempts to contact the company via phone, email, and text message have gone completely unanswered. Furthermore, callers should be aware that dialing their primary contact number yields varying claims regarding the company's identity, alternately operating as Mina Travels, Al Madina Travels, or Salah Travel. Based on my experience, these business names share the same management and operational network based out of DHA, Lahore, Pakistan.
