Politely hopeless.

Terrible customer service, lack of contact and unfulfilled promises. Angus advised me on the 15th March I would receive my order within the next 2 weeks, I waited until after Easter then tried calling again, I called 4 times on the 2nd April leaving numerous voicemails with no response, emails are pointless because again these are not responded to, I finally got through to Angus on the 2nd April who advise I would receive my order by the end of the week. I did not, I tried calling again on the 9th April 3 times with no luck, I called again on the 10th April and managed to speak to Angus who advise I would get the crate by the end of the week, still nothing, it is now the 17th April, 8 weeks since my original order, no contact, no confirmation of delivery, I have spoken to him again today and he advised I would get it tomorrow, these are expensive crates, customer service is absolutely shocking and I will never order from mimsafe again, I will never recommend them to anyone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We had a terrible experience. We waited double the time to get our crate, and the communication throughout was the worst I’ve experienced from any company I’ve ever bought from. Unfortunately after sharing my experience on social media (trying to get a response to them as my messages and emails were often ignored), many people got in touch with me to say they had had the exact same experience with them as I had. I think companies like transk9 are much better and more deserving of the money that they charge for a crate. I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews but we had so much stress from this company.

I don’t like to leave reviews like this however I feel potential buyers should be cautious. I have for a number of weeks tried to view a crate before buying. I have had several telephone calls with Angus and sent text messages and even insta messages to get contact details for the distributor close to me. Angus has promised he’ll send me details on several occasions but guess what…. Hasn’t. Sorry for leaving such a review however the service has been beyond shocking and I’d hate to guess what it’s like post a purchase!!

After a stumbling start, with a delivery hiccup, big thank you to Angus, Operations Director, for getting us back on track with his excellent customer service. My dogs are now travelling in style and safety.
