Don’t Mind That erroneous review!!! I’ve had my eye on working with this rootbark for a long time, but was a bit uncertain due to the scam websites out there. The delivery was quick and discrete: I got mine within two days of placing the order (given my regional location to the warehouse). The quality of the rootbark yielded results beyond my novice expectations (if working with the powder be sure to wear a dust mask/respirator, and handle with care). Looking forward to experimenting with more soap and dye recipes; as well as, their other products on my next order ^^Ever grateful this resource exists^^ *UPDATE 5/18* The PayPal option works just as reliably as the credit card option- and the costumer service adds a personable touch. They offer card payments but I used PayPal link. I received an email confirming payment right away, later same day I received another email with tracking. I also received tracking from my PayPal account. Order arrived next day(but I live in Vegas, and they are based here) Product looks good, I haven't used it yet.
