Hello Will, we sent a request through TrustPilot to get your info and understand why you are calling our company fake. We dont know who you are, and anybody can say anything without proof. Our competitors are furious that we take paypal, you cannot scam anybody with paypal payments, as paypal will always side with the buyer if there are any disputes. Thats how people know our company is legit. While our sales increase every year, all they can do is leave fake reviews on our website. But our customers can see past that.... if you are a customer, all you had to do is contact us, then you can edit your fake review....

We have no record of this individual as a customer, and no order, payment, or communication exists to support these claims. Publishing accusations of fraud without any verifiable transaction or evidence is false and misleading. We have been in continuous operation for over 10 years, fulfilling orders and supporting customers with full transparency, including confirmed payments and verifiable tracking on every shipment. Our business history and customer record are publicly reviewable. (you can check when this site was index on google, and we take paypal payments, the most secure type for buyers) If this reviewer believes they have conducted legitimate business with us, we invite them to provide an order number or proof of purchase so the matter can be formally reviewed and resolved. Otherwise, we stand by our record and will continue to operate with the same level of accountability our customers expect.

I am not aware of another website that offers as many forms of payment as we do. We do offer credit and debit cards (as a matter of fact: more than 50% of our customers use a credit or debit card to check out. We also offer: venmo, zelle, cash app, paypal, Gpay, cash and any crypto. We offered you help to help you complete your transaction but i think you were more interested in leaving a false review. Next time, just ask: we are always here to help.

If you had read the easy to follow instructions (like everyone else) you would have realized we have a separate page for card payments, it is not a secret and it is well stated on the products page. Good luck!
