I have just contacted the number you gave me again to find out that I have to send in this piece of equipment on my dime for warranty at a service center , this piece of equipment has never worked right since I got it and I shouldn't have to pay for shipping and handling to get it fixed . Dear Milwaukee tool, I will start this email off with, my wife has contacted you, and my son who purchased the sprayer for my birthday present has contacted you, we received an email back from you with a case number, I called the number you requested me to call on 7-11-25 at 1:30pm, I was on hold for 20 plus minutes the lady said she would call me back within an hour and I never received a call, I have been trying to find out how to get my sprayer warrantied that I got for a birthday present last August, the sprayer has never worked, and I am starting to get very frustrated with your warranty department, I would like to get this problem resolved, I do not have a service center anywhere close to me, as of now I got a $200 sprayer that is a piece of junk that I cannot use, if I do not receive some type of resolution with you on my sprayer within the next few days my next step will be to contact the Attorney General's office.

I bought a Milwaukee 3/8 driver . After buying, the charger went out. It came with a m-12 battery, then it I bought a large m12. The batteries suck, the charger sucks. I got the Milwaukee driver because my neighbor had one and it seemed to work good but the battery sucks.I have been installing cabinets for 25 years and only used Dewalt. I never had a Dewalt battery, just not charge . I have had old Dewalt batteries, start losing a good charge. I wore Dewalt drills out . Batteries are expensive and they should last at least four years. I think Milwaukee is just trying to invent all this different tools and should improve on their batteries and chargers. Improve on your tools.

Milwaukee impact bits break on first use, complete rubbish and way over priced. The marketing jargon is clearly false so best avoided.

Horrendous customer service I've put a lot of money into milwaukee tools really wish i hadn't

Achat Milwaukee clef à choc M18 neuve en coffret avec deux batteries. Achat en ligne vu le prix prohibitif des distributeurs locaux (3 fois le prix). Une des batteries neuve ne prend pas la charge. SAV France contacté mais ne s'estime pas concerné voir avec les distributeurs locaux pour activer le SAV. Résultat aucun distributeur n'a voulu faire la démarche (ils n'ont pas cette obligation). Du coup renvoyé l'ensemble et changé de marque. SAV minable pour une marque de cette réputation et ce prix ! Faut pas tomber en panne sur un chantier loin de la boutique d'achat sinon tant pis pour vous. première et dernière Milwaukee. Dire que j'allais refaire toute ma panoplie.

Fonction très bien quand les outils fonctionne. Très fragile et service a la clientèle insultant. Faite un ménage de vos représentant au Québec.

I bought a 18 volt 12amp battery. I could tell it was not working properly because it would only 15 minutes to run battery completely down. Sent battery in and they said It”appears “ that battery has been modified or counterfeited. I bought it from Home Depot so either Home Depot sells modified or Counterfeit parts or technician doesn’t know what he is talking about. Milwaukee obviously doesn’t guarantee their products as they claim. Either something is obviously modified or not no appears.

Called 9 different times and spoke with 9 different representative inregards to my 40 foot measuring tape from milwaukee tool.Customer service was very poor. I asked to speak with a manager they explain to me that they would put in a request for one to call me back two different times never did. I'm going to try and stay away from buying any milwaukee tools. If anyone from Milwaukee read this message you can reach Jason at (618) 410-0726.
