Unwilling to honor a warranty because I contacted America instead of EU! ... my warranty ran out after my initial contact with America, I showed them the email but they pretty much said its your fault. THATS A £450 SAW BREAKING DOWN AFTER 9 MONTHS AND ZERO HELP.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....DO NOT SPEND EXTRA MONEY - YOU GET LESS!

Extremely disappointed with Milwaukee. Would not recommend at all. Customer service is appalling. If you wanted products that work and want support from a team, I suggest you steer your business away from Milwaukee

Milwaukee tools are good but they get one star because they make it virtually impossible to register tools for warranty

I have pretty much all the Milwaukee tools. Happy with them all except one - and it is a real pain. The M12 Grease Gun is always a long messy battle. The Grease books up behind air bubbles in the barrel and in the hose. The instructions, if carefully followed, do not help at all. I spend hours fight it to try to get a proper grease flow. This is not the first time. Very disappointed. This one is a 1/10!

I sent in my m18 1/2 impact gun for warranty because the tool is loosing connection with the battery. After 4 years I do not have a reciept but the tool is in warranty by serial #. This has become a big problem with milwaukee impact gun loosing connection to battery for many people, with a poor design and battery and tool wear because of a vibrating impact gun should not void warranty. For a technician to say tool was abused, he/she is not bright, a 1/2 impact gun abuses itself once u pull the trigger to impact bolts either on or off, milwaukee company should be evaluated by the better business bureau for screwing over consumers with warranty issues that are cause of poor battery to tool design for impact tools. SV#8287252. And also Nelson of customer service is no help and a liar who told me a manager would return my call and it never happened 2x.....

I agree with the last person on this page that wrote a review about there poor quality of batteries . There tools themselves are good but there batteries a completely trash . In 2 years i have went through 4 batteries I found some knockoff ones on Amazon for half the price and they last 4 times longer .

Be careful of claims that a tool "fits all M18 batteries". They fit... But don't work. Customer and tech service help is the worst Ive endured.

I read reviews, i talk to people, and there feeling is all the same: The company grew very fast (with good products), but their customer support is what will cause them to lose market shares. I called and sent a brad nailer out of warranty and initially they wrote back to me that there was going to be a maximum of 130$ to fix it. I sent it and a bout one month later they wrote back saying that if I wanted to get it fixed it would cost me 776,11$. So thinking it was an error I called customer service and the answer i got was: "if you want to repair it it will cost 776,11$, and I replied: You cant be serious, you know that it would cost half this amount to get a new one, only to get the same reply about the 776.11$. So I am asking myself: is this what Milwaukee is all about?
