I'm very satisfied whit my milwaukee tolls impact drill ,sds drill, tape measure,screw drill,screw drivers etc..... much better then DE WALT AND MAKITA. Them never let me down,good batteries aswell

After reading all these reviews I'm quite shocked I bought all my milwaukee tools from home depot right after the fuel models came out about 9 or 10 yrs ago, dropped the impact driver off a cpl roofs onto concrete and forgot out in the rain for a 1 1/2 days within 3yrs, the 4th yr it quit working and I took it to home depot just to see figured it would be on me for the physical abuse but they sent it off and had it back within a week repaired at no cost and still works great, never had any issues with my Sawzall, hammer drill, weed trimmer, leaf blower, grinder, or work light, been wanting to get the 1/2 impact wrench but can't justify the price to myself for the amount I would actually use it, only other issue I had was 1 of the original 1.5ah batteries quit working about a yr ago

Best power tools on market if you use them everyday. Wonder how many of these bad reviews are from homeowners that only use them occasionally? My advice, don't buy em, pay a professional to fix whayever you thought you needed em for. I spend way too much time each job fixing homeowners work before I can do the job I'm being paid to do. Makita comes close.

Was at the home depot in antelope ca.. purchased several Milwaukee m12 and m18 tools.. I was helped by 2 Milwaukee reps.. a man named Blade and a young lady named Rosy..they were very knowledgeable and were very patient with me, answering all my questions and helping me find the best tools for the best price.. very impressed with both reps and I will continue to buy my Milwaukee tools from that store..Gerald C.

Sent my drill driver at just under 2 years old as it stopped working and smelt like burning. The process using eservice was nice and quick and the repair companies live chat helped along the way. All in all, it was just under 2 weeks to be sorted from pickup to return and I'm pretty sure it's better now than before I sent it. I am but a humble DIYer so I guess pro's may need to take my comments with a pinch of salt.

Excellent tools and great warranties. Website is a little awkward to navigate but their tools are top quality. Great value for money.
