Milwaukee ToolReviews of milwaukeetool.com

Melted battery terminal. It was only the second time that I used the trimmer after the purchase and unfortunately the high temperature protection system did not work. The battery terminals were melted and the connection port was melted as well. This should not be the case with equipment of this class. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this strimmer.

The tool registration is a farce. It is overly complicated and when I tried to register a tool the website responded that the tool could not be found. I complained to customer service and they responded simply by sending a PDF of the registration process, which I had previously explained did not work.

Bought a M12 3/8 stubby impact wrench to replace my stolen Mac unit. Initially I was impressed, but after 6 six months the direction shuttle broke. I reached out to Munster tools who said that I have to send it back to them. I really couldn't wait so I took a look inside it. My cheap guild drill is built better than this! . I managed to repair the tool myself but will not be buying another Milwaukee product when this one breaks, which probably won't be long!

I bought a drill/driver combo in February 2021. One battery in the kit quit charging, the store was no help and trying to get a question answered is fairly impossible. Buying extra batteries is costly to the point of gouging

My son bought a whole set of tools from this cowboy outfit around £1,000 and the main tool being drill driver broke after a few months light use. It just stopped working. Could not find reciept from screwfix and due to covid it was easier to buy a replacement and sort later as the drill had 3 Yr warranty we thought. But no warranty unless you register straight away. But as this was only 1 year old I emailed them but they did not respond until it was over a year old to say the warranty had run out and I could send it to be repaired at my cost.

The.website to set up warranty is shocking absolute nightmare bought lots off tool and everytime I go to put the warranty on I try again and still can’t register bad just bad

I bought milwaukee tools for my shop from home depot and and unfortunately the warranty says 5 year but the tools only last me between2.5 to 3 years and when i call for customer service for repair they refuse to do it bad experience with milwaukee dont buy them are worthless tools for couple years with fake warranty dont loose your money like i did

I bought a 5540 polisher at amazon. I bought it because I reviews said made in USA. Mine was made in China! It didn't sound like an older milwaukee polisher I had that was made in USA from the start. I spoke with them on the phone and then sent the tool in for repair , I got an email saying it wasn't covered under warranty. What!! They said it was out of warranty and it would be 137.00 to replace the armature..WHAT!! I choose to have it sent back to me , and they sent it back taken apart!! Totally disassembled!! The internals on the polisher look brand new , even the case looked brand new. Their made in China versions of anything are not the same as made in USA products.Never again milwaukee your tools are garbage. I wanted to support an American company but it looks like I get to buy a new dewalt 849 or makita polisher. I might buy one of both. My dad and uncle swore by Milwaukee, thanks for screwing up a family tradition. I will never buy milwaukee or recommend milwaukee to anyone as long as I'm alive.
