Bought a kit , grinder, quarter drive impact wrench, half inch impact wrench, and a drill. All bought July 2021 half inch impact wrench gave up left it in for repairs 2 WEEKS ago still not fixed . What a pile of crap would never buy MILWAUKEE again. I wonder if I was 2 weeks out of guarantee would they fix it for free, not a chance. Don't waste your money buy something that will last you.

Customer service is the worst ever experienced and they couldn't care less. Registering a battery system doesn't even recognize there own serial numbers. Lazy response sends pdf of process like we're all thick and can't understand anything. Really couldn't recommend anyone to purchase anything Milwaukee, 3 year gaurentee probably a con zero customer service. You might aswell kiss goodbye when it breaks. Made in China but promoted as a American made high quality product. Seriously a master con trick to extract huge amounts of money from suckers like me.

Milwaukee tools are for the main a decent set of tools, but the customer service is the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure with dealing with. Our crimper broke less than 5 months after purchase, we sent this off with Milwaukee for repair and after 10 weeks, 20+ phone calls and emails and seeking legal advice we finally got sent back half of our tool. We have lost money from jobs we have had to refuse to take on for lack of tool and through all this not once have milwaukee contacted us or apologised. Its a shame as the tools are good when they work, but if you can, avoid this awful company who do not care about customer care after your money has been taken. UPDATE: 13 weeks since Milwaukee picked up our crimper and we have received back all in separate deliveries: the crimper, 2 of the 3 jaws, a charger but no batteries and a random jaw of a different size.

Drill chuck required a wrench to open. Drill only 10 months old and subject to DIY use. Apparently the chuck has no guarantee and had to pay to replace. Emailed Milwaukee customer support, twice, got confirmation of email receipt, but no further communication.

Impact and driver set. 2 4Ah batteries They last about 30 minutes trigger time at most. Charging is slow. Very disappointed, back to Dewalt or Mikita . Expensive lessons DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE.
