Milwaukee ToolReviews of milwaukeetool.com

Elendig kundeservice.

SAV Lamentable!! Marque à éviter

I work with a crew that remodels homes. Ive been investing in milwaukee tools for about 5 years now and im here to tell you the m12 system sucks big time! The oscillating multi-tool vibrates the battery out every time i use it and of the 5 m12 batteries i have only one functions correctly. Ive sent in the multitool a few times already hoping theyll correct the problem but i keep getting it back with the same problem. I have a wide range of these m12 tools and the, stapler, and mini screw driver are the only ones i have not had a problem with. The mini circular saw is not nearly powerful enough to do anything with. every time i cut things such as pvc the blade stops and it takes a dozen cuts to get anything done except sheetrock. The guide on the jig saw broke after about 2 or 3 months and now every time i use it the blades snap as soon as i put pressure on the tool. As for the the batteries... Theyre too weak unless you have the xc4.0 or xc6.0. but even those, they always flash on the charger. I have to play with them to charge correctly. Sometimes they say theyre charged and theyre not, they all feel loose in any tool i have and sometimes even if theyre charged i use them for 2 minutes and they tell me theyre empty til i put them back on the charger, then all of the sudden they show theyre full. If youre thinking about buying these tools, DONT! its a huge waste if money and theyre too expensive to replace. For this kind of money i shouldnt have any problems. They cost me time and money fiddling with things that should be expected to work.

Purchased m18 combi and impact drill set…. Sent them back two weeks later due to batteries malfunctioning. Store replaced no problems. Purchased Milwaukee impact drill set… also sent them back, all bits broke on first use with wood screws! Again store replaces no problems. Couple weeks later I purchased a first fix nail gun with red link tech… also sent back as it over heated after third nail! Oh and Milwaukee customer service never replied to any of my emails about their faulty products. Now switching to a different more reliable brand.

Bought an M12 radio w/ battery. Come time to charge couldn’t get battery out no matter what - ended up trashing. Radio itself not bad but could use some refinements i.e. finer volume adjustment. Overall feel I wasted close to $500. Wouldn’t recommend.

Me and my business partner went today in a Home Depot to purchase some Milwaukee tools they were on promotion buy one get one tool free. When we go to register to pay cashiers sad it’s not on promotion you need to buy 2 tools and then get one free( I show pictures what they put inside the store but worthless . Ok then we call customer service Milwaukee and she sad sir we can’t help you with that you need to talk with manager in Home Depot. So we lost1 hour for waiting and nobody cares for the customers. I just know if they continue like this they will lose a lot of customers and I’m thinking to switch to another product dewalt or whatever.

They do not honor their warranties. Very not impressed with Milwaukee.
