I did not receive any order updates. ( the ordering service says that I would ) . I tried several times to call and nobody answered the phone. I then tried calling sales instead of customer service, they did answer but kept transferring my call to customer service without even trying to help me. Eventually after a really long wait, I did get through only to be told that my tracking number wasn't working on their system. I was told that they would email me with my tracking number and updates. I am still waiting! Customer service is very poor and I will definitely not be using this company again.

So charger stops working, send them purchase receipt and photos of item and they still expect you to jump through hoops. Sending stuff off while you have dead tools. If they had asked for the item back to test their failed product I could understand but they wanted a sticker off of it, pretty useless

I never ever I will buy a Milwaukee tools, I spend over $400.00 for a combo ( hammer , impact drill and hacksaw) in less of two years my tools stopped to work properly, the authorized dealer shop keeps my hacksaw for over 2 months to repaired them the others tools failed I called Milwaukee and I spoke with the manager Ruby and was not professional and she didn't help at all. I explained to her that I need those tools every day fo work and she refuses to help me MY TOOLS ARE UNDER WARRANTY ( I BOUGHT IT TWO AGO)

Three times I contacted Milwaukee regarding a hammer drill. One of those was a Milwaukee rep in Home Depot.All three times , they would not call me back.A RUBBERMAID rep once told me, we are so successful that we develope a don't give a crap attitude. I can only think that Milwaukee must be the same.

Dead batteries after 3 to 4 charges and customer service doesn't response after 3 emails to them.

Just how bad are this company, emailed them a couple of times in the past enquiring about new angle grinders coming out, did not know a thing even though the internet said different and we managed to buy the new tool in the end elsewhere. My husband has received one of their heated jackets for xmas, we are sure its not working right, seeing as its lukewarm and kills the battery in an hour. Emailed Milwaukee twice for advice and no reply. Husband seems to like their products but its not one i'd buy for myself or recommend to anyone else. Customer service is shocking
