Hi defective tool
Hi, this is more about a defective tool than anything else and the way Milwaukee is handling or not handling the whole situation. milwaukee has sold us multiple 9" cut off saw that have a major defective issues. I figured out what the problem was and apparently this huge company couldn't is very doubtful to me.This is the defect Milwaukee: [take notes] if you charge batteries with a 4X charger it melts the plastic around the far left contact to the point it will no longer make a connection and the 450$ is now useless. I'm not going to go in to much more detail than that but this is not just one battery bought by one person. I actually bought 10 cut off saws [$8000] within a year with approximately 30 12 amp batteries [$14000]and 8 ~ 4X chargers. [$2000] total of [$24000]. ive brought this defect to everyone possible at all levels of Milwaukee higher ups [ all managers at all levels ] and they've decided to stick there middle finger up to a good size purchaser of there tools. So what ill push for from here forward will be to go back to the higher quality of HILT tools. They don't sell defective tools because they don't have to, hence there reputation . SO SOLID... in final this will be copied and pasted everywhere i can so everyone can see how you operate Milwaukee. Oh one last thing i actually was on hold for one hour waiting to talk to there development team they never picked up the phone but while i was on hold, customer service called me stating the development department asked him to call me. Why they just didnt pick up the phone is probably because i told the original operator i was recording the conversation. He was the one who transferred me to them based on our conversation. The marketing team knew i had some hard questions they didn't want to answer. They wonder why people get Angry. we get angry when a large company basically knows there stealing from us and than running away when they get caught,.
