Milwaukee combi drill went wrong after minimal DIY use. Cheap junk. Customer service appalling. Fixed it myself in the end as was outside one year warranty. How can a "proffesional use tool" only have a one year warranty.How does a tool magically gain another 2 years reliability just by registering it online? My advice is buy Makita. You can use it day in day out on site work with zero failures.

Jigsaw lasted 3 years, circular saw had repair within a year , sds drill had 1 repair and still not right , multi tool broke after 18 months and they wouldn’t fix it. Don’t buy.

For years I have supported Milwaukee tools- until this most recent experience. I purchased multiple batteries, costing several hundred dollars and within less then 2 years none of these products work. I sent them in for warranty coverage- SV5340308- is my reference number- and they are refusing to repair because their manufacturing date is greater than the warrantee time. Now I am unsure about other stores, but when I purchase a tool I go by the date purchased not a manufacturing date I can not see. SCAM!

Im the guy who purchased a brand new milwaukee k900 breaker that didnt work, and when i returned it after two weeks you told me i had taken it apart and tampered with it… despite it being brand new and under warrenty… you refused to pay my £1200 back and my kids suffered for two months there as i lost the job it was purchased for… you didnt care, you had my money and loyalty to clients means nothing to milwaukee… regardless i promised 11 years ago that i would never stop exposing you, i spent months- years and now a decade telling tradesmen about you, sharing videos online, writing reviews, basically warning the UK about your terrible family hurting business techniques that give you maximum gain.. well look today, your nail guns are known as throw away items because you cant refill nitrogen, your breakers are known and have been exposed for having short motor brushes and of course your return policy is worth nothing as you dont honour it.. all of this can be backed up buy at least 55+ facebook profiles of people you have ripped off.. i reckon 11 more Years and i can end you… and thats my plan…. Worst 1200 quid you ever stole from a brit… see you in hell milwaukee..

They will not replace broken parts, have a "warranty" that is at their discretion, and they will charge you more than the product is worth to "fix" it. They will not honestly explain how their returns work. They will keep you guessing that you will get a replacement, but you won't. They do not respond to emails, are rude and unhelpful on the phone. After 3 bad experiences with their poor products I told the phone rep if she wouldn't help me I would stop buying Milwaukee tools for my business. She said "That's your choice Sir." Awful, a total sham. Do not buy Milwaukee's cheap tools and if you do, do not expect any support when they break.

I have had 2 tools break on me within a few weeks of each other. the electric ratchet cant handle much torque, and snapped a part inside. customer service never replied to my email with it being 1 week WITHIN the 1 year warranty, convenient. Also, the battery charger shorted out on its own one day, being in a metal fabrication shop, it seemingly can't handle metal debris. These tools are meant for clean garages that aren't used very much. These tools are too expensive, and overpriced garbage

They never give me an answer about all 18v.
