Purchased an M18 1/2" impact driver. Worked well for 5 uses, then broke. The rubber buttons no longer light up and unable to change the torque setting. Its stuck on the lowest torque setting so now unusable. This is well documented and many others online have had the exact same issue, again suffering no help from Milwaukee UK. Curcuit board fault apparently due to cheap design and they have re designed it since so its a known problem. Its out of warranty now as over a year old. Had very light use in my car. Milwaukee failed to respond to any of my emails. Not bothered so customer service appears to be non existent. Avoid this company. Selling impact on ebay for about £40 now as its pretty much useless to anyone, only for parts and the battery. Massively let down. Never again will I buy another Milwakee product.

I brought the m18 impact. It got stole. I paid more money so i could track it. But i have to press bluetooth on the drill to find it. But i cant... so its gone forever. Reported it to milwaukee last week, desperately trying to see if i can get it back. NOT 1 reply or phone call back. Customer service is non existent

I sent my string trimmer and battery in for a repair, and ended up getting only getting the top half of my trimmer back. I called for 2 weeks speaking with different reps getting the run around about where the other half and the battery was. Each time it was “I’ll have to check with service/repair and call you back. Never a call back. Finally asked for a manager just to be lied to and told they will call you by end of day. So going on week 3 with only the top half of my string trimmer.

Purchased a M12 BDDXKIT-202C look like a good bit of Kit.But the registration must be the worst on the planet it has taken 1 1/2 Hours to complete Sorry Milwaukee I will in future stick to Makita.

Las herramientas en si no tengo ninguna queja en la empresa que trabajo tienen varias y esti muy bien . Ahora los maletines son pura porquería no duran nada las bisagras muy pero que muy débiles se rompen enseguida se supone que están hechas para profesionales pero no lo creo porque tendrían que durar mucho mas

This company does not care about the consumer. I may have well bought batteries and a drill on amazon for 22 dollars than this near 200 dollar set. The charger will not recognize the battery if the charge does down to zero and therefore will not charge it. There are many videos about this on youtube and how to fix it if you are a mechanical person. The company does not want to fix this easy issue because they would rather I pay them 80 dollar to buy new batteries. This is a sham outfit. This product is new and I have rarely used it since I bought it in late 2019 but the consumer reps sure have a great script that they read off to me about how I was at fault for buying this item. Thank you for nothing

As usual the tools are good website and customer support is shockingly bad. I would love to meet the man in charge of the their website to let him know just how s#%t it is.

M18 Quiklok Fuel Line trimmer. Developed a fault during the first year. Sent for repair. Returned with the same fault. Sent off again, returned with the same fault. Requested a refund as it’s a common well documented fault. I no longer want the tool or a replacement as I loose the right to any future warranty claims on a notoriously faulty tool. Milwaukee are crooks. Avoid at all costs.
