Their customer service is abysmal. I purchased new,a portable compact band saw kit with two batteries. Right out of the box,one battery was bad as it would not take charge. Needless to say,after jumping through all their hoops just return this thing,they denied the warranty. Their reason was "Battery out of warranty" 12/28/23, am updating this review as customer service apparently had warranty division revisit my situation as I just received a new replacement battery. It is much appreciated, but it's just tiring to have fight for something like battery warranty with a corporation as big as Milwaukee.

Extremely disappointed in the sewer camera. Spent 7,000 on this unit, didn't hold up, they wont cover it after 90 days. They used to be a great company to deal with. Id still recommend the power tool. For me im moving to rigid cameras. These are junk. Even the Tech support person told me they are junk and nothing he can do. Moving forward Rigid will get my business on all sewer cleaning equipment. Will never recommend anything sewer pipeline related again. Now i have $7,000.00 paperweight.

Purchased a Milwaukee cordless tabelsaw from Home Depot a year ago. The 12 Ah M18 battery died after about 10 charges. Called Milwaukee’s Customer Service. First they hung up on me. Called again the woman answered my call was very rude. She told me the battery went bad because didn’t use it frequently enough. She gave me the web address but was saying it so fast that I had to ask her to repeat it three times. And it was the wrong web site, finally found the rite one on Google. It was a long arduous process. Included them threatening me to get fined up to $ 75,000.00 if I do not follow instructions how to properly ship back the battery. I have at least 16 Milwaukee tools but I will faze them out and start replacing them with a different brand.

I bought the Milwaukee 2727 16” electric chainsaw combo! Save your money and buy a different brand. I’ve got many Milwaukee tools , but the chainsaw oiler doesn’t work. The reservoir was full and stayed full all day cutting! I ruined three blades and the M18 12ma battery only charges three of four banks! Beware of their tools.

I've spent thousands of dollars on Milwaukee tools and batteries. I got a combo kit two m18 9.0 HD batteries for my impacts. Both these batteries are defective only charge to 3 bars and die fast I have others that act up as well but there not 200$ a battery. Submitted a claim back in August and they just ghost me. I just did it again and they send a cookie cutter e mail saying they'll reach out in 48 hours well it was August were in October now still nothing. I feel I made a mistake buying Milwaukee. I have registered tools on there website. I'm about to jump ship and sell all of it and go a different route. The thing is these 9.0 hd batteries are known to be faulty with the exact problem I'm having and there ignoring me. There tools are good but there batteries are garbage when you get into the big batteries they go faulty.

I’ve owned this for 6 months and it worked great for 4.5 months but then the trigger started not working off and on. It only gets light use and has never been mistreated or dropped. I have sent in for warranty service and it’s been close to a month now and they haven’t even looked at it yet. I use this for work so I guess you can really rely on Milwaukee tools for work. 1 maybe 2 weeks okay but 4 weeks and it hasn’t even been looked at, what a joke. I have thousands of dollars worth of their tools and most work good but now I know if they do act up your screwed if you need them for your job, you may as well got buy another one. Milwaukee your tool used to be awesome but now they are just okay and your warranty/service sucks.
