bought Milwaukee m18 red lithium xc batteries for back up on job site. they sat on the shelf unopened for several months. when needed opened them up but they will not take a charge, Have tried several attempts to get yet unopened batteries replaced. several months with no luck. they say even in the original plastic wrap they cannot do anything.. the Milwaukee so called rep tool pushers were as useles as their batteries. STAY AWAY FROM MILWAUKEE. HAVE TALKED TO OTHER CONTRACTER WHO ARE HAVING BATTERY PROBLEMS AS WELL...

I am a Milwaukee guy. My whole shop is Milwaukee, so when I needed a mitre saw, it was an easy choice. Wrong. The 12" mitre saw (6955-20) may be powerful, but that's it. Had difficulty from the beginning with binding and cuts that weren't straight. As in , there are steps along a 6" cut. Finding that the fence was bent, I was sent a new one hoping this would solve my issues. With this, the binding stopped but still had an uneven cuts. Called customer service and 20 year Milwaukee technician and heard from 3 different people that this is NOT a finish saw. This saw is only good for rough carpentry. Wish I would have known this before spending $575. I see now why it has been decreasing in price over the past year. Do not buy this if looking for accuracy, words straight from Milwaukees technicians. Then was told by them to purchase a DeWalt or Bosch and that was the best they could do. Blown away.

Milwaukee customer service is non-existent. I had a faulty M12 battery. I contacted them through the email provided. Initially they responded (so it was obviously the right address) and then totally ghosted me when I explained my issue.

Ive had Milwaukee m18 tools for 10+ years and not one tool from the last two generations has lasted more than 4months before needing repaired then your left having to buy another tool to replace it while you wait 2-4weeks im slowly changing to 40v Makita they seem to be holding up better. I'm a carpenter FYI figured it's time to get people away from this brand way over priced for what you get

SAV déplorable ! Ces outils ne sont pas conçu pour les professionnels, j'ai pensé que c'était une bonne marque concurrente de la célèbre marque rouge mais ça n'est pas du tout le cas. En cas de SAV ils ne répare pas, il vous propose de racheter une autre machine et plus cher que le prix marché !!!

i bought this brand for my work staff as our own tools were pretty banged up and these get good reviews which i’m starting to think the reviews came from the company itself! they do not perform as well as they say they do and battery’s do not last very long compared to most infact id say the battery’s are like the black and decker dinky toy i have in my cupboard at home awful

Until they do something with their customer service hours and service center turn around time, its better to spend the extra few bucks and get high quality brand. Warranties are as good as garbage. 2:30pm PST and their customer service center is closed.

I’m 46. I been using your tools for the majority of my adult life. Mostly professionally for money. For the better part of 18 years I haven’t cut a board with anything other than a Milwaukee saw. I bought a pair of your gloves on the 23rd of January. I worked 2 days. The thumb was about to failure, and you were cheaper by 6 bucks than Wally World. Went back to buy a pair today ( 6 days later) and they cost 27.99. Really?? Are you serious? I’ll only use a dewalt saw from now on. I’m ok with sub par tools at a reasonable price. You went one toke over the line. I’m never gonna use anything with a Milwaukee nameplate again. sincerely a long time customer and advocate. Thoroughly disappointed
