Have lost trust with the Milwaukee Brand. Not Heavy Duty! M12 Hatchet chainsaw stripped its gears after 12 months of light duty domestic use. Will move Makita.

I have a Milwaukee m18 cordless drill.The chuck locked after very little use.I had to slice the top part of the chuck with a angle grinder so that i could get to the chuck screw.After reading all the other bad Milwaukee chuck reviews on many other sites. I went for a new Rohm drill chuck instead of a Milwaukee.They are such a superior chuck in every way.I would highly recommend them to anyone. Come on Milwaukee get your act together and listen to your customers.They all cant be wrong.

Bought a millwaukee mitre saw 18v not cheap close to 500 pounds only used twice and cuts really bad for a saw so expensive you would expect it to cut straight but it doesn't and starts cutting into plastic plate as well so I arranged collection to be taken away for inspection but no one came to collect dispite sitting in all day for a scheduled delivery from itt milwaukee on phone 20 minutes to speak to someone no answer I have spent thousands on millwaukee tools and will not be buying anymore period there service to customers is realy poor

Bought a M18 circular saw for home use. Tried to register it on their app, what a joke, gave up 12.5months later after not using it for 6mths it would not start. Tried to email the uk office for help. Nothing! Eventually got it registered on their app and was sent in for repair. Received a snotty phone call saying they won't even look at it as it's out of warranty!!. I tried to explain and then I was interrupted and the person would not entertain me.. got an email back saying its being returned, with an email address for complaints... Guess what? The email address was incorrect.. Waste of money, waste of time, to much hassle... I am setting fire to the saw and will post it on Utube ..keep clear of the worst customer service company in the UK

Elektrisch gereedschap is van matige kwaliteit. Naar 1.5 jaar kapot. En schijnbaar moet je zelf je gereedschap registreren voor het 2e jaar garantie . Voldoet dus totaal niet aan je verwachting van kwaliteitsgereedschap wat ze zelf beweren.

Owned this for about two years, only used at home for basic repairs and in my basement wood shop. I was using a 3.5” hole saw on drill mode when things went bad. The chuck and the gearbox self destructed. Chuck still attached to the bit and odds and ends all over the workbench. I found all the pieces and sent it in to Milwaukee for repair. Repair was denied saying: gears- broken off, chuck-broken off, drill-poor condition. This drill was in mint condition, and no way it should have broke. Received email from Milwaukee, just like every 1 star review gets. “ Thank you for leaving a review on your M18 FUEL™ ½” Hammer Drill/Driver. Our team would like to gain more insight and assist. We will be in contact shortly! - Milwaukee Tool Social Team” I have not been contacted by customer service once regarding this issue. They send this email out so it looks as if they are going to help resolve the issue.

Normen en waarden kunnen ze niet , laat staan RESPECT.wat een slecht personeel hier in Nederland. Koop niets van dit merk want als de werknemers al zo zijn zal het gereedschap ook wel niets zijn.!!!
