When the majority of people using these tools most likely use them to make a living, warranty repairs taking over a week before they even get looked at let alone repaired let alone get returned is beyond unacceptable. Then to make matters worse, emails to Milwaukee asking what's happening with the repair get ignored. Such a shame when the tools are good but the after sales is an absolute joke. Certainly time to change tool brand. Shame I can't send them a bill for the money iv lost been without my tool. Disgusted in the level of service I have received from Milwaukee.

Ho aperto la richiesra di assistenza, sarebbe docuto arrivare il corriere tnt per il ritiro ma non è mai arrivato. Non esiste un numero da contattare. Il negoziante che mi ha venduto la merce su Roma tramite un suo venditore a domicilio e il furgone Milwaukee mi ha invitato a portarlo presso la loro sede che sra a 70km da me, vuol dire ulteriore esborso economico e rempo perso per un utensile pagato tantissimo ma che dopo pochissimo già non funziona. Pessima esperienza. E questi vogliono fare concorrenza alla Hilti? solo i colori sono simili...

I bought a pair of Milwaukee kneepads six months ago. I only used them a couple times and both straps pulled out. I wish I would’ve looked up reviews on the kneepads because this is a common problem. Unfortunately, that’s not the worst part of this. Milwaukee doesn’t warranty any of their products purchased on Amazon. Milwaukee only warranties products bought from an authorized dealer. With such poor quality products I understand how they try to get out of providing warranties!

I will never by Milwaukee Tool again. Plainer, circular saw and screwdriver. The circular saw don’t start as it should it chops and jerks when it is supposed to start, up to a point where it nearly does not start at all. Had it fixed for around 150 € (half the price of a new) and it lasted for maybe 10 times use and then the same problem came back. This took some time because I didn’t use it for some time. Have not gone back since it is 150 km drive. When contacting the Swedish Milwaukee customer service they only reply that it is an issue to bring up with the place where I purchased it or had it service, both 150 km away. My guess is that since it is past the warranty it’s pointless to contact them… For the planer, it unscrew itself, the main cutter head, had it fixed at a service center, unscrew itself again within days, had it fixed again and now it seems to be holding, but it is very hard to get a clean surface since the front part is so flexible. The screwdriver chuck jams..

One Key table saw. If I could give this company a no star I would. It all started when I locked my tool out to prevent my children from getting hurt. Then I go to try to connect to unlock tool and I’m unable. They have done Literally nothing to resolve my issue. But instead want me to pay 345.00 dollars to make my tool work again. A tool I have already spent 600 on along with all the other Milwaukee tools that I purchased before knowing what king of company Milwaukee is. Shame on you.

My new M18 pole pruner tool vibrates badly and is quite noisey straight out of the box. I made several attempts to contact tech support, witting over 20 minutes on hold 3 times with out ever talking to a tech person. Dont know wether to use it or return it. Prety poor service for a $699 tool. I have around 20 Milwaukee power tools. I like the tools but tec support has been very poor and seems to be getting worse.

Pros, passez votre chemin!!!! Aucun SAV, descriptif de certaines machines mensongers, numéros fantômes pour les contacter. Système FIXTEC inexistant sur des machines neuves alors qu'il est inscrit sur la boîte. Aucune réponse correcte de milwaukee. Si vous désirez un appareil pros, évitez cette marque.

2 month old 3/8 drive impact gun just fell apart undoing a 13mm nut !! The nose literally sheared off !!! Not impressed is this substandard manufacturing????
