We are sorry to hear you haven't noticed a difference. How often did you apply the cream? We do recommend a minimum of twice a day, morning and night, with more applications throughout the day in the beginning. Milkweed Balm does have a cumulative effect. Meaning the more consistent you are in using it, over time you can use less and less to soothe the pain.

I received a sample and was really surprised that it does work. Not much smell to it which is a big plus. Customer service is exceptional.

Product not working for me
I have a bad neck and I find this procuct did nothing to help it feel better. Oh well it’s not the first product I tired that did t work.

Horrible Customer Service
The lead time or expected delivery date for the item I purchased was not shown anywhere on the company website or the order acknowledgment I received. When I called the company to get the expected delivery date, the person in Customer Service said there was only one person who could answer my question and that she would be out of the office for another week. A totally unacceptable response! When I pressed harder for an answer she finally transferred me to someone who could answer my question. This company needs to work on their training.
