Oh no! Everybody's body chemistry is different. Some feel relief right away while others need more applications and time for the accumulative effect to begin. How often did you apply the cream?

The product worked great to ease my neuropathy pain however I was not a fan of the gritty texture. I have very very sensitive skin after bilateral mastectomy and the grit really was unpleasant and set my nerves on fire.
