I thought this might be an answer to my chemo induced neuropathy but I did not feel any relief when using it!

Oh no! Everybody's body chemistry is different. Some feel relief right away while others need more time for it to work. How often did you apply the cream? We recommend a minimum of twice a day with more applications throughout the day in the beginning for the accumulative effect to start.

I used the balm as directed and it didn't work for me. I kept the pain and it smelled bad as well. I'm sorry I just didn't like it.

We HATE it when Milkweed Balm doesn't work for people. Everybody's body chemistry is different. Some, depending on the severity of their pain, may require more applications throughout the day for the cumulative effect to kick in. Thanks for taking us up on the free sample. We realize you'd rather not have pain, but we are glad you tried it.

Oh no! How often did she apply her Milkweed Balm? We do recommend a minimum of twice a day, morning and night. More applications throughout the day may be required in the beginning until the accumulative effects of the oil can kick in.

I dont feel a difference

We are sorry to hear you haven't noticed a difference. How often did you apply the cream? We do recommend a minimum of twice a day, morning and night, with more applications throughout the day in the beginning. Milkweed Balm does have a cumulative effect. Meaning the more consistent you are in using it, over time you can use less and less to soothe the pain.

The lead time or expected delivery date for the item I purchased was not shown anywhere on the company website or the order acknowledgment I received. When I called the company to get the expected delivery date, the person in Customer Service said there was only one person who could answer my question and that she would be out of the office for another week. A totally unacceptable response! When I pressed harder for an answer she finally transferred me to someone who could answer my question. This company needs to work on their training.
