Regarding delivery, Black Friday brings a massive influx of orders. While the vast majority of our shipments during the Black Friday 2025 sale went out on schedule, we acknowledge that high seasonal demand can sometimes lead to unexpected delays beyond our typical timeframe. If your order was indeed affected by a delay, we genuinely apologize for the frustration it caused. Our wheels are not off-the-shelf overseas inventory rebranded for Western markets. Every single set is hand-built in house. Components are specifically selected for performance and reliability. Spokes settling and loosening during the first few rides is a completely normal physical process for any spoked wheel—especially when components are powder-coated. As the nipples and spokes seat themselves under load, checking and tightening the spokes after the break-in period is essential. We always add spoke wrench and if this initial maintenance isn't done, the wheel loses its structural tension, which directly leads to bent or loose spokes. Because our wheels are custom-made to order with specific color and size configurations, we do not offer standard returns on custom builds. However, every set of our wheels comes with a full warranty, and we have never refused to help a customer when an issue arose from our end. Furthermore, even if a wheel suffers damage from normal wear and tear, heavy riding, or a crash, we always support our riders—frequently offering steep discounts on replacement parts or new orders. We stock every replacement part in-house and have often shipped parts free of charge to resolve issues. We truly appreciate your patience. Regarding import duties and tariffs, these are determined by your country's customs authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control. We do our best to make this clear before purchase so customers can make an informed decision. We're also genuinely sorry that the color was not what you expected. Colors displayed on a website can never be an exact representation of the final product due to differences in monitor calibration, RGB and CMYK color spaces, lighting conditions, and the characteristics of anodizing and powder coating. That's why we include a disclaimer on our website - not because we're trying to hide anything, but because we want to be transparent that slight differences are unavoidable.
