this USED to be a great place, no more! an obvious corporate do not care about customers company. placed an order 08/19 and on 9/13 still not shipped. this is after multiple emails and text they create a shipping label on 09/10 and claim shipped. what a joke. just want my refund and i WILL NEVER BE BACK. mile high glass pipes is really a mile low. they like to fabricate the story as well.

Got a decent bubbler that I now keep on my nightstand at all times. Super thick glass and some weird color changing things going on. I dig it.

Shipping was super fast and the pipe is beautiful and well made. I have already dropped it several times and its still in one piece without chips in the glass.
