I bought a glass water pipe on sunday 3/14/2021 and paid for priority mail shipping and it has still not been received by USPS...Label created but Item yet to come in...I've emailed multiple times asking about the status and have heard nothing in return. Its now Friday 3/19/2021...i want my money back now!

I ordered a bong on 1/21 and it is now 2/2 and i haven’t received anything and it says that UPS hasnt received the package yet either I have already spoken to someone who had to refund me for my 3 day shipping because it hadnt came and he said it would be here by today and still nothing I am LIVID and want a FULL REFUND

I’m not sure if this is a legit site or not but here is my experience. Last Wednesday morning I ordered an item. At 10:15pm Thursday I received an email saying my item was oversold and they could give me a gift card or a full refund. I replied back the next morning at 6am (which was New Year’s Day, but being retail figured they would be open). No response. Saturday I found a customer service number through their Facebook. When I called it no one answered, but what was odd was there were 3 options (wholesale, online orders, customer service), all 3 of them at the end of the ringing said this voicemail has not been set up. At this point I feel I have been had. I asked for a refund,l via email , they only refunded me the amount for the item, not the cost of shipping. When I reached back out to them again, they said they already purchased a first class package and couldn’t refund me( on an item they were unable to fulfill). All of these things make this site seem very sketchy, I’m now having to dispute this with my credit card company.

Again never received it

I give the one star because I don’t like the product, I tried it twice, doesn’t work as I expected. I would like to return the item I don’t even mind if the money is given as a credit, I just don’t like it and it will sit not being utilized.

My product came broken, and they were nice enough to replace the broken piece for no charge, but it has taken much longer than they told me to arrive. I was told it would arrive four days ago but here I am without it

this USED to be a great place, no more! an obvious corporate do not care about customers company. placed an order 08/19 and on 9/13 still not shipped. this is after multiple emails and text they create a shipping label on 09/10 and claim shipped. what a joke. just want my refund and i WILL NEVER BE BACK. mile high glass pipes is really a mile low. they like to fabricate the story as well.
