Mile High Glass PipesReviews of milehighglasspipes.com

Item shipped quickly but sadly was broken in transit. That day I got a refund since one part was not available but they offered me a discount on that part. My one issue is that I do not wan Mile High Glass Pipes showing up on my bank statement. I prefer a little more discretion.

It is a beautiful piece of art. However, not very usable. Very narrow and small capacity for water. Looks pretty on the shelf, though.

“I have been with Optus over 12 years with multiple services and during this time the customer, great 👌 service really

No problems so far, my expectations are different than yours. I received my order with no damage...will try soon and see if it delivers.

UPDATE: I was finally contacted and taken care of by someone in this company. I feel that what I gathered was they did not have my order available because they lacked the product. So with that being said I love my stuff. They did come through and whatnot, but I'm bummed that I wasn't contacted earlier to be made aware of the situation. Original: Order placed on 9/6/2020. After attempting for 3 days to reach a staff member via chat option on website, and after sending an email, all I received back was an email stating a ticket would be made and forwarded to shipping. I have not heard back for 2 days now since that and all I would like to know is where my order is. It does not show filled or shipped and it's been 10 days. If your company is more than 10 days behind on shipping then there should be more of a warning than the average covid-19 message every site has now. Why wouldn't the person who created the ticket just figure out what the delay is? This is very opposite of speedy shipping. My order is for over $150. I've even tipped the establishment. Which I am an avid online shopper and have never seen that option. Very unimpressed with this place as I feel I could have ordered and received from many other companies I've used in the past.
