I too have been trying to get a response to return my jeans and have yet to hear back from anyone. They ran small and also they had a defect. The areas where the "buttons" and "rivets" should be were just white. Obviously the imprint of this area got missed. Anyway, I emailed them to get the return started. A week later, still no response. I have emailed them again. Tried to call their number which is disconnected. I would NOT recommend using this company--their customer service is horrible.

I received my sweat pant jeans in fairly due time. However, they are too small and too short. Also they look nothing like jeans. Very cheap looking. I would like a refund and have sent 3 emails and have received no response. As I read other reviews, it appears this is normal and fear I have been scammed. I would not recommend this company at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MILAROSABELLA! They are a scam site!! The pants are not as advertised and they never send you a return label after multiple email attempts!!!

Called the number on their website. Got a recording, saying the number had been disconnected. Do not buy from this company.!!

I would rate this company a zero if I could. Took forever to get order. Sizing is way off! Tried to return for refund ...I have sent four emails for return code and they will not respond. Don't buy from them! If you are looking for a less expensive option than Rag and Bone look at Halara I had a good experience with their products. I will file a dispute with my credit card for my milarosabella purchase. Scam...quality and customer service is horrible.

I’d give less than 1 actually. Delivery took 3 weeks. Then they look soooo fake, poor fit pockets inside are white lined and show…look nothing like denim! Customer service is horrible! I emailed to return the day I got them and got a couple emails with no help no return label was sent..acted as if they would send and never did!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

After repeated attempts, will not send return authorizations. Tried to offer a credit, I declined and then no further communication. Stay away from this company.

Horrible experience with this company. They deserve no stars. Took a month to receive sweatpant jeans, and they look nothing like what was advertised, nor do they fit properly. Immediately, I notified the company of needing to return the pants. Finally, received an email response from Jessica, who requested my order number to process return. Not sure about anyone else, but I never received an order number when purchase was made. This was explained to her and provided other identifying information. Despite several follow-up emails to the company, there has been no further response. Their phone number is not in service. I will contact my credit company to dispute charges. Ironically, the company claims to have “awesome” customer support—this couldn’t be further from the truth. I regret not reading your comments prior to purchase. Good luck to you all.
