It took several weeks to receive my order of two pairs of the sweatpants jeans. Boy were they a disappointment - not looking anything like the photos. I am well within my 15 day return period but no one will answer the phone which has been disconnected, and the email address comes back as undeliverable. What a scam!! I want my $120 back. This is criminal and it sounds like I'm not the only one. Do NOT order from this company!

I ordered two pairs of pants online from this company. They were itchy and did not feel like they fit correctly. I called the phone number and it’s out of service. I’ve sent four emails to Customer Service asking for a refund and they have not responded. Do not trust this company.

Took almost a month to get the jeans which are not the sweat pant material as described, very poor quality, XL very small, and then no one returns emails for refund and phone number is disconnected, I'm shocked I got anything in the mail but certainly not what I wanted and now I'm stuck with them

If I could give a minus 10 I would. Mad at myself that I didn’t check in with Trust Pilot before purchasing. Items look nothing and I truly mean nothing like the tick-tock ads or videos. See through and white circle stamped were rivets should be etc. This is without a doubt he worst scam and shopping experience I’ve had on line. I have sent 30 emails for return information or refund. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give them a ZERO I would! They took almost a month to receive and the look was not as pictured on the sight. They did not fit and have sent over six emails to try and get someone to help me. Their Customer Service is nonexistent!! I want to return them and receive a refund but can’t get any communication with the company. DO NOT order from this company. Very disappointed!!

Pants sent not what was shown on order. Very poor quality and fit very small. Phone disconnected and many emails with no return. Do not order from this company and consider the influencer to be a problem also.

Stay Away! The quality of the item is awful. So cheap looking and feeling. I contacted them the day I receive the jeans to return and did not hear back. Tried to call and the phone is disconnected. Emailed them again the next day. Still no response, so I filed a claim with my credit card company, and suddenly Milarosabella emailed me back asking me to retract my claim with the credit card company. Nope!

SCAM...do not purchase. I wish I would have read these reviews before I got scammed into buying these polyester cheap ass pants that don't even come close to looking like the pictures advertised. After several attempts to contact for return....crickets. Nothing. Nada. Don't throw your money away!!!!!
