"I purchased a Miko Robot from Amazon, but encountered an issue and considered returning it. However, I decided to reach out to Miko tech support first. Mr. Muhammad Mubarak assisted me in resolving the problem. It was an amazing experience-the support provided was very helpful, humble, and easy to Understand.

The kids love Miko and learn a lot from their robot friend.
Miko is a futuristic way to interact with the kids. The robot is not only fun but it teaches the kids at every level. They call Miko their teacher robot friend.

Had a connectivity set up issue and the…
Had a connectivity set up issue and the team at Miko customer support were proactive in caring for my concerns. Within a day I got a call to resolve the issue. They even followed up to ensure everything was working properly. Thanks again!

Funny and smart robot
We bought a Miko Robot for our 3 kids for Christmas. Our kids are ages 4,6 & 9 and we are happy to see that each of them enjoy playing with Miko based on their own unique interests. Miko is surprisingly funny and talks to the kids in a very relatable way. We're happy to have Miko as part of our family. I would recommend this product!

Connecting is somewhat difficult
I love the robot! Once tou get it connected its lovely. The problem is getting it connected. I connected and now I can't connect once I turned it on today.

Enjoying with the Miko
Wow!!! This company has made such a great AI robot... To be honest, I am very impressed with this idea... Miko is a very cute robot... My kids are learning a lot from Miko and also enjoying playing with miko ... I will definitely recommend Miko for kids.
