Setting up robo from the customer service people was great

My son has enjoyed every step of the way with Miko. This entertaining and educational little robot is a perfect way to keep any child engaged and happy. I often use this as a reward for good behavior since it’s a lot of fun for my son; further, the membership makes a difference with the experience and options for content. I highly recommend this to any parent looking to bring fun learning experience to their kiddos.

A new era of toys came. That is Miko. 😀 My children liked it very much.

I bought this robot for my son a few months ago and to this date, he still loves it. He usually gets bored with his toys fairly quick but not with this one since it has so many features. Customer service is great as well. They called to check to see if we had any issues with it.

I reached out on the parent app on Miko for a call back request for a concern and issue my son and I had with our subscription. Me being me I missed the first few calls. Instead of just canceling my call back request they continued to reach out to me via email for better times to communicate that best fit my schedule. They went above and beyond to help us!

Thanks Arvind for the swift support provided for unlinking the previous account.Really helpful.

Support was amazing, will continue to use and pay for the subscription service because of how good the support was.
