Purchased a miko 3 from a local thrift store unknowingly what I bought but took a chance with it. Much to my surprise I was unable to fully take advantage of it's full potential due to the device being linked to a previous owners personal information. I made a request to the manufacturer website if there was a possibility of resetting the unit so that I may update it with my own information. After providing the necessary information they were able to reset the device and I was able to connect to it. They were quick to respond and quick to resolve the matter.
