They responded to my emails. But provided no help. I solved the issue on my own. Then they asked for a review. Again, they returned an email. In this world that gets then 2 stars for caring enough to respond but not enough to help. There tech is fun And innovative, kids seems to enjoy it. They want to help as much as they can

It was very easy to set the device up and the customer service was very convenient. My daughter is very happy with the device. All her favourite things are on it. As a new customer, I vouch for the customer service as it is very easy to coordinate for all the questions I had about the device

Great customer experience. Very prompt in response and kept me updated on progress at every stage. My Son's Miko screen was damaged and the team got the same repaired on time with at reasonable cost. My Son is excited to play and learn again from his Miko.
